The cheapest car in the world was launched today - by the Indian company Tata who make Tetley tea and Corus steel . The tiny four-seater called the Nano - but instantly dubbed the "People's Car" - was launched at the Delhi Motor Show and will go on sale for just £1,250. In a country like India where only 1 in 10 own a car at the moment this will make a massive difference but what will this do to the environment?
