This article in the Independent is a good revision topic for S4 on this issue as they ask various questions about fish stocks in the North Sea and state why these quotas have been introduced. However the ludicrous state of tonnes of fish being dumped back into the sea - all dead, because they can't be sold is hardly the solution to the problem. Read it here and see what you think.
