Refugee game

There are refugees in virtually every country in the world and refugees are in the headlines everyday. Refugees are people just like you or me, but they have been forced to leave their homes. Nobody makes the choice to become a refugee. To be a refugee is much more than just being a “foreigner”. People become refugees when one or more of their fundamental human rights are threatened or violated, and they are forced to flee. To live in exile often means that refugees initially depend on the goodwill of others for basic necessities, such as food, shelter and clothing. Refugees also depend on others to feel welcomed and ultimately contribute in many ways to their new communities. This simulation game will help you understand the plight of many refugees and the difficult decisions they have to take. Once again I hope you are better than me – I was caught very quickly! Try also the International School in Toulouse’s mystery ghost ship puzzle and see if you can solve the problems. Ever watched CSI? Now it’s your turn!!! Click the picture above.
